The Summer School “Bayesian Methods for Experimental Economics” will be held at UM6P Rabat from 18 June (morning) to 21 June 2026 (noon). It is scheduled immediately after ESA Africa 2026, making it possible for participants to attend both events in a single trip. Over three days of intensive courses taught by renowned experts, participants will study Bayesian models of decision-making and the empirical evidence on behavioral deviations. The program will cover Bayesian econometric methods for the structural estimation of decision models, as well as Bayesian approaches to the meta-analysis of experimental behavior. It will also address the incorporation of prior knowledge and effect sizes in applied economic analysis and policy evaluation.
